About the office
1- The office operates with an internal electronic work system to manage, archive and save customer files in a way that maintains the confidentiality of customer data, and facilitates the provision and receipt of information from and to them on a regular and confidential basis, while providing special accounts for customers to enter the office’s internal system to enable them only to view the latest developments in their transactions, while providing systems approved by anti-virus programs to protect the office’s electronic systems from malicious software and contracting with specialized companies for the continuous maintenance of the office’s electronic system.

2- The office aims to quickly meet customers’ needs, respond to their communications and quickly provide flexible solutions that are consistent with systems, regulations and instructions to ensure the continuity and growth of their business, while providing available means of communication in urgent cases, taking into account receiving customer comments and their evaluation of the service provided to them to work on developing the office’s performance for all its services and reaching larger segments of customers, with continuous communication with customers to monitor the correctness of implementing the proposed solutions until permanent relationships are built with customers.

3- In cases of necessity, the office forms a specialized team to manage any risks that the office’s business or clients may face, to work on providing quick and safe solutions, while defining a long-term plan to overcome or mitigate the risks faced and their effects.

4- The office works to attract distinguished competencies in all fields to enhance diversity and enrich the work environment, while honoring distinguished individuals for any unique efforts, with continuous workshops to exchange knowledge between lawyers and legal advisors and review modern legal systems and discuss the problems of their application and the proposed solutions to deal with them, and holding virtual trials to train lawyers on an ongoing basis, and working to develop the skills of office employees as future leaders.

6- The office has initiated and pleaded in many cases before international arbitration bodies, including the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC), in addition to arbitration cases before local arbitration bodies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
